Gift of the Day Promo 2023 Terms & Conditions

The Promoter Prezzee UK Limited (CN 1285 1966) of 49 Greek Street, London W1D4EG (the Promoter).
Gift of the Day Promotion (the Promotion) is operated by the Promoters and is not associated with any other brand partners or related entities.
Promotion Period
1. The Promotion will be open from 10:00am BST on 16 June 2023 and will end at 9:59 am BST on 3 July 2023 or after 10,000 Qualifying Purchases with a Promotional Code have been made, whichever is earlier (Promotion Period).

During the Promotion Period, purchase a £75.00 Gift of the Day Smart eGift Card from Prezzee mobile application available on Google Play and the App Store, or website at www.prezzee.co.uk/store/gift-of-the-day/ with the code “GIFTMAGIC” (Eligible Purchase) and receive a £5.00 discount at the checkout (the Offer).
6. The Gift of the Day Smart eGift Cards are subject to the Promoter’s The Gift of the Day eGift Cards are subject to the Promoter’s Terms of Sale and Terms of Service.
Eligibility for Offer
7. The Promotion is open to legal residents of the United Kingdom over the age of 18 years.
8. To be eligible for the Promotion, a customer must purchase a specifically marked Gift of the Day Smart eGift Card valued at no less than £75.00 on the Prezzee mobile app (available on Google Play and the App Store) or website at www.prezzee.uk/store/gift-of-the-day/ (Qualifying Purchase).
9. The first 10,000 customers making a Qualifying Purchase with the Promotion Code during the Promotion Period will be entitled to £5.00 discount at the checkout.
Other Terms
10. Business partners, directors, employees and contractors (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, its related companies or its agencies, are not eligible to enter this Promotion. Immediate family means spouse, ex-spouse, child, step-child, parent, step-parent, legal guardian, sibling or step-sibling.
11. The Offer is limited to one Qualifying Purchase per customer. You may not use the Discount Code more than once by using multiple email addresses, identities, devices, or robotic, automatic, programmed, or similar entry methods in an attempt to circumvent the terms.
12. The Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
13. The Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to:
- Vary the terms of, or cancel the Promotion at any time without liability to any customers or other person;
- At any time, to request verification of information relevant to participation in the Promotion of all customers. The Promoter may disqualify customers who provides false information or failed to provide information that is reasonably requested by the Promoter;
- to cancel purchases or terminate the accounts of customers who have breached the terms and conditions, have engaged in unlawful or improper conduct, or otherwise undermine the fairness of the promotion.
14. The Promoter accepts no responsibility if a Promotion Code is not redeemable for any reason.
15. If the Promotion Code is unavailable for reasons beyond the Promoter's control, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the Promotion Code with another code of equal value. This right is subject to any applicable legislation, regulations, or directions from regulatory authority.
16. A Customer’s participation in the Promotion is entirely at their own risk. The customers release and indemnify the Promoter from and against any liability arising from the customer’s acceptance and use of the Offer and the customer’s participation in the Promotion.
17. The Gift of the Day Smart eGift Cards can only be exchanged for individual retailer gift cards online. These individual retailer gift cards can be redeemed in-store or online, subject to each retailer’s terms and conditions. Please review all applicable retailers’ terms and conditions prior to the purchase of any gift card.
