**How to use your Luxury Gift Card? ** Open the Luxury Gift Card from email or text message notification. Select a retailer and the amount you want to swap, or save it to the Prezzee Wallet on the Prezzee app. Swap multiple times, with multiple retailers, until the remaining value has been spent. How to check your Luxury Gift Card balance? To check the balance on your digital luxury gift card, log in to your Prezzee Wallet or open your eGift Card from the gift email we sent you. If the balance is not automatically updated, select 'Update Balance' or 'Check Balance' and follow the prompts to complete your balance check for your gift card.

Does a Luxury Gift Card Expire? Yes, a Luxury Gift Card from Prezzee is valid for two years from the date of purchase.
