Your gift card cannot be presented on the day for payment, you must pre-purchase products and tickets online by following the super easy steps below:

- You can add any products or services to your cart e.g entry tickets, short breaks, fastrack etc.
- At checkout, select 'Pay by debit/credit card' and select the Mastercard option if prompted
- Enter the 16-digit card number on the back of the card
- Use the gift card expiry date for the payment card expiry field and the CVC2 number for the CVV field. These can also be found on the back of your card
- Once completed, an order confirmation will be emailed to you along with any digital products or entry tickets to present on the day of your visit
