Prezzee Location-Based (Marks & Spencer) Bonus Offer - Terms & Conditions

Promotor

  1. The promoter is Prezzee UK Limited (CN 1285 1966) of 49 Greek Street, London W1D4EG (the Promoter). 
  2. Location-Based (GeoPush) Promotion (the Promotion) is operated by the Promoter and is not associated with any other brand partners or related entities.

Promotional Period

  1. The Promotion will start at 13:00 am (GMT) on 29 May 2023 and close at either 12:59 pm (GMT) on 30 June 2023 (Promotion Period) or after 1,000 Promotion Codes are issued, whichever occurs first.

 The Promotion

  1. Receive a £5.00 discount on purchases of Marks and Spencer UK  Gift Cards denominated at £50.00 or more (the Offer).

Eligibility 

  1. The Promotion is open to residents of the UK aged 13 years or over. 
  2. Eligibility for the Offer is location-based. To be eligible for the Promotion, the Prezzee mobile application (available on Apple App Store or Google Play) (Prezzee App) must be installed on your mobile device and you must be logged into your account with the Promoter (www.prezzee.uk/register/) (Prezzee Account). You must grant the Prezzee App access to location services for your device, and enable push notifications.
  3. Should the Prezzee App determine that you are located inside a physical Marks & Spencer Store in the UK, you may be issued a promotion code for the Offer via an in-app message on the Prezzee App or sent to the email address associated with your Prezzee Account (Promotion Code). 

Redeeming the Offer

  1. The Promotion Code can only be redeemed with the Promoter (on the Prezzee App or at www.prezzee.uk) while valid and by purchasing a Marks & Spencer UK Gift Card equal to or greater than £50.00. The Promotion Code must be entered where indicated during the checkout process (Eligible Purchase). 
  2. This Offer is limited to one Promotion Code per customer. The Promoter reserves the right to deactivate Promotion Codes if it determines (in its sole discretion) that multiple Promotion Codes have been issued to a single customer.

Other terms

  1. Employees, directors, contractors, or related entities of the Promoter are not eligible to participate in the Promotion. 
  2. Eligibility for this Promotion is solely within the discretion of the Promoter. 
  3. The Promoter accepts no responsibility if a Promotion Code is not issued or received for any reason.
  4. The Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to vary the terms of, or cancel the Promotion at any time without liability to any customers or other person.
  5. Participation in the Promotion requires a reliable stable internet connection, a functional mobile device with the updated Prezzee App, location permissions granted for the Prezzee App on your mobile device, and an active Prezzee Account. The Promoter is not liable for the failure to receive the Promotion Code, in-app notifications, push notifications or emails due to spam filters, mobile device settings, junk-email, firewalls, internet or mobile device dysfunction, or any other reason.
  6. If the Promotion Code is unavailable for reasons beyond the Promoter's control, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the code with another code of equal value. This right is subject to any applicable legislation, regulations, or directions from regulatory authority. 
  7. Acceptance of the Offer by is entirely at your own risk.  You release and indemnify the Promoter from and against any liability arising from your acceptance and use of the Offer and your participation in the Promotion. 
  8. The Promotion is subject to the terms and conditions of Marks & Spencer UKGift Card and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers. 
  9. The Promotion is not available to Prezzee Business customers.
