Summer Brands Promotion 2023 Terms and Conditions
Promotor
1. promoter is Prezzee UK Limited (CN 1285 1966) of 49 Greek Street, London W1D4EG (the Promoter).
2. July Summer Offer Promotion (the Promotion) is operated by the Promoter and is not associated with any other brand partners or related entities.
Offer
3. Purchase a £50.00 ASOS UK, Primark UK, H&M, All Bar One, The Body Shop UK (Participating Retailer(s)) branded eGift Card from www.prezzee.uk or the Prezzee mobile application, available on Google Play and the App Store (Eligible Purchase) and receive a bonus £5.00 Prezzee Smart eGift Card (the Offer).
Promotion Period
4. The Promotion will be open from 10:00am (BST) on 7th July 2023 and will end at 11:59pm (BST) on 28th July 2023 or after 1,000 Promotional eGift Cards have been issued, whichever is earlier (Promotion Period).
Eligibility to Enter
5. The Offer is available to the first 1,000 customers who make an Eligible Purchase during the Promotion Period (Eligible Customer). By entering the Promotion, you consent to sharing your email address with the Promoter for the purposes of this Promotion.
6. There are no additional charges or fees to enter this Promotion.
7. The Promotion is open to legal residents of the United Kingdom and aged 18 years or over.
8.Business customers, employees, directors, contractors, or related entities of the Promoter are not eligible to participate in the Promotion.
Redeeming the Offer
9. After making an Eligible Purchase, Eligible Customers will be emailed a £5.00 Prezzee Smart eGift Card (Promotional eGift Card) within 7 days to the email address associated with their order.
10. The Promotional eGift Card will be valid for two (2) years from the date of issue. Once the Promotional eGift Card has expired, it cannot be redeemed.
Other terms
11. This Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
12. The Promotional eGift Card is subject to the Promoter’s Terms of Sale and Terms of Service.
13. This Offer can only be redeemed once per customer. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel Promotional eGift Cards issued to customers who are suspected of circumventing this term.
14. It is the responsibility of each customer to notify the Promoter of any change in their contact details.
15. The eligibility of customers for this Promotion is solely within the discretion of the Promoter. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost, misdirected or damaged entries or other communications.
16. The Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to:
a) Vary the terms of, or cancel the Promotion at any time without liability to any customer or other person;
b) At any time, to request verification of information relevant to participation in the promotion of Eligible Customers. The Promoter may disqualify otherwise Eligible Customers who provide false information or failed to provide information that is reasonably requested by the Promoter;
c) To refuse to issue (or cancel an already issued) Promotional eGift Card connected to an order which is incomplete, indecipherable, offensive, does not comply with these terms and conditions, or which contravenes any applicable laws or regulations;
d) to disqualify Eligible Customers who have breached the terms and conditions, have engaged in unlawful or improper conduct, or otherwise undermine the fairness of the Promotion.
17. The Promoter shall have no liability for a customer’s failure to receive notices due to spam, junk-email, or other security settings, for a customer’s provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information.
18. In the event that the Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including but not limited to system breakdown, tampering, unauthorised intervention, no entry, or any other reason, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion, subject to applicable legislation.
19. If the Promotional eGift Card is unavailable for reasons beyond the Promoter's control, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the eGift Card with one of equal value. This right is subject to any applicable legislation, regulations, or directions from a regulatory authority.
20. A customer’s redemption of Offer is entirely at their own risk. The customer releases and indemnifies the Promoter from and against any liability arising from the customer’s acceptance and use of the Offer and the customer’s participation in the Promotion.
21. The Promotion is subject to the terms and conditions of each Participating Retailer.
